A Comanchero who spoke of making Rebels "dance" when released from jail will face trial in the ACT Supreme Court over an alleged drive-by shooting.

Police believe tensions simmered between the two clubs when the Comancheros set up in the ACT last year, and then flared with a number of drive-by shootings.
It's alleged Daniel Grech, 27, was involved in one.
At about 10pm on March 12, 2015, police got multiple reports of shots being fired at a home in Stirling.
On arrival, police said they found a 38-year-old man - with links to the Rebels - "in a pool of blood", with gunshot wounds to his ankle and shoulder.
Grech was arrested in Adelaide on March 14.
South Australian police had seen a silver Audi with ACT plates being driving faster than 200km/h, and leaving petrol stations without paying, court documents say.
It was later seen in a shopping centre car park, with people attempting to change the registration plates.
The people allegedly fled on foot when seen by police.
The court documents say CCTV footage shows SA police chasing Grech and his girlfriend through the shopping centre as he attempted to conceal an item in his shorts.
SA police searched the area where he was later arrested and found a .45 calibre handgun and a magazine with a number of .45 rounds of ammunition, the documents say.
Testing on the gun allegedly revealed the presence of Grech's DNA. Ballistic testing found it matched rounds recovered from the Stirling shooting and from the victim's shoulder, the documents say.
While he was in remand in Adelaide, Grech's calls were monitored, and he allegedly spoke of going to war with the Rebels, making them "dance" when he gets out, and tattooing "dog" on one of their heads.
On Wednesday in the ACT Magistrates Court, Magistrate Karen Fryar committed Grech to the ACT Supreme Court for trial.
The 27-year-old is charged with intentionally inflicting grievous bodily harm, firing a gun and endangering life, and unauthorised possession of a gun.
He has pleaded not guilty to these charges.
His defence solicitor, Kamy Saeedi Law's James Maher, told the court on Wednesday that Grech pleaded guilty to a further charge, relating to stealing a car from Braddon to go to Adelaide on March 13. The charge was committed to the ACT Supreme Court for sentence.
A driving while disqualified charge was withdrawn by the Crown on Wednesday, with prosecutor James Walker indicating it would later be replaced.
Grech will appear in the higher court later this month.
