The club closed in 2013. The development application for the proposed redevelopment has yet to be decided by the ACT Planning and Land Authority.

Raiders group general manager Simon Hawkins said on Friday the demolition had been approved in a separate development application by ACTPLA. Mr Hawkins said he had no indication when the planning authority might deliver its verdict on the Raiders' multi-million-dollar project and the group was simply working through the process.
