The ACT Ambulance Service have treated a 67-year-old man for minor chest injuries before taking him to Calvary Hospital after firefighters rescued him by removing the roof from the car he was trapped in.

He became stuck after a crash near William Slim Drive and Dumas Street in McKellar.
ACT Fire and Rescue used hydraulic rescue tools just before 12pm on Wednesday to free the man after a two-car collision.
The ACT Ambulance Service was also assessing two other patients who may still need to go to hospital.
