Police were called to the scene about 6.15pm, at the intersection of Canberra Avenue and Nyrang Street.

Two lanes were blocked heading east-bound towards Queanbeyan.

The road was cleared shortly before 7.45pm and traffic was flowing freely again.

Ambulance and fire crews also attended the scene.

One woman was being assessed by paramedics at 6.30pm but no serious injuries were reported.
