Eight military helicopters are in Canberra to be used in training at the Royal Military College, Duntroon, and they managed to draw a crowd of about 250 curious visitors yesterday.

Many drivers parked their cars on the side of the roads outside Duntroon and got out to have a closer look at the flying machines, which will leave the capital again tomorrow.

There were four of the famous Blackhawk helicopters at the college, along with four smaller helicopters, called Kiowa.
