Police have ended a peak hour disturbance in Fyshwick, arresting a man after a brief struggle with a group of officers.
According to a witness, the incident began with a man causing a scene at a service station on Ipswich Street.
A short time later, about 8.10am, five police officers pinned a man to the ground after a struggle on Pirie Street, before putting him in the back of a police wagon.
One police officer appeared to sustain some cuts in the struggle.
