Police have appealed to the public for help identifying a man who robbed the North Lyneham Mini Mart while armed with a knife on Saturday afternoon.

Police said the man entered the shop on Colville Street about 12.40pm and threatened the cashier with a kitchen knife.
After the cashier handed over money from the register, the man left on foot, crossing Cossington Smith Drive in the direction of Ginninderra Drive.
The man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 165-170cm tall and of skinny build. He has dark brown hair, just above shoulder length, and a thin moustache.
He was wearing a Red Bull Racing cap, a black jacket with white stripes on the cuffs and waistband, black trousers or jeans and black sneakers. The man was carrying a black and grey backpack.
