A Canberra public servant has successfully fought allegations he sexually assaulted two women he met over a dating website.

Adrian Nathaniel Andrews, 34, was arrested in December last year, after a woman said he raped her at his Barton flat on December 11.
He was charged with two counts of rape, one of choking, three counts of inflicting actual bodily harm with intent to have sex and two assaults with intent to have sex.
These eight charges never made it to trial, after they were withdrawn by the Crown shortly before the trial began last week.
But back in December 2015, after the first woman reported an alleged rape, a second woman came forward.
The second woman said she had met Andrews at his flat in November 2015, where he proposed sex, put his hand in her underwear, exposed his penis, and forcibly kissed her.
He was charged with three acts of indecency on, and one act of indecency committed in front of, another person.
Andrews faced trial last week only on these four charges as against the second woman.
Last Wednesday, after a three-day trial in which Andrews was represented in court by defence barrister James Lawton, instructed by James Maher, from Kamy Saeedi Law, the jury acquitted Andrews of all four charges.
