An 88-year-old man has died following a single vehicle accident on McCaughey Street in Turner, which occurred around 1.40pm on Saturday.

The man was conveyed to The Canberra Hospital, and investigations are ongoing as to whether his death relates to a preexisting medical condition.
At this stage, police are not treating the death as a road fatality.
