Two other men allegedly involved in the October 30 assaults in Bible Lane have turned themselves in and are assisting police with their investigations.
Constable Jarrad Drennan urged the third man to hand himself in to any police station.
"I want to make a point of that fact we're not going to go away, we're going to continue looking for this [man] until he hands himself into police," he said.
"We know that the third man is an associate of the two [men] but it's part of an ongoing investigation at this stage."
The third man is described as caucasian, 185cm tall and of medium build. He was wearing a pink shirt, dark trousers and a blue baseball cap during the incident.
A number of witnesses have come forward since the release of CCTV footage last week but Constable Drennan encouraged anyone with information to come forward.
"Every piece of information is absolutely imperative to investigations like this," he said.
"We want everybody to come forward, to either call Crimestoppers or ACT Policing, with any information, whether they were there, whether they know the offenders, or whether they have any information from anyone, to come forward and speak to police."
Police are still investigating whether the attack was provoked.
Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report via act.crimestoppers.com.au quoting reference 6029089.
