He was stabilised by intensive care paramedics at the scene of the single-vehicle crash after emergency services freed him.

Crews used hydraulic rescue tools to rescue the man trapped in the vehicle by a tree.
The ACT Ambulance Service and ACT Fire & Rescue were alerted to the incident on the corner of Amagula Avenue and Taggerty Street at 5:52pm.
