Braddon man Matthew Shaun McGrail has been found guilty of raping a 15-year-old girl in his flat in January 2015.

McGrail, 25, faced two counts of sexual intercourse with a young person under 16, two counts of an indecent act and one count of attempted sexual intercourse.
A jury on Tuesday found him guilty of all five counts.
The girl had been at McGrail's flat in the early hours of January 24, 2015 with her boyfriend, when her boyfriend left to get a cigarette.
McGrail arrived home to the flat and the the girl said while they were alone in the apartment, he started tickling her legs and flattering her, the court heard.
McGrail then forced himself on her using his hands and mouth, while she repeatedly told him, "No".
Her boyfriend returned to the flat and the couple fought. Police found them still fighting at Garema Place early that morning.
Justice John Burns ordered a pre-sentence report before McGrail returns to the ACT Supreme Court for sentencing in November.
