Police said they intercepted the Mazda sedan at about 11.10pm and searched the car with a Drugs of Dependence ACT warrant.
Inside, police said they found about 170 capsules of a substance believed to be MDMA, along with a small amount of suspected methamphetamine and cocaine.
A spokesperson for ACT Policing said the search had been part of a long running investigation into a criminal syndicate, by the ACT Drugs and Organised Crime Team.
The female driver will appear in the ACT Magistrates Court on Saturday, charged with possessing a drug of dependence and trafficking a controlled drug.
Police said anyone with more information should contact CrimeStoppers on 1800 333 000 or via www.act.crimestoppers.com.au.
