Sue Langford is expected to take up her appointment as the next high commissioner to Samoa this month. Ms Langford is a career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and a director in the International Security Division.
Susan Coles was announced as the next high commissioner to the Indian Ocean state of Mauritius. Ms Coles has previously served overseas as special advisor at the APEC Secretariat in Singapore.
Martin Quinn would be the next high commissioner to Nauru.
Mr Quinn served as ambassador in Afghanistan and first secretary in Jakarta. Her has served as ambassador to the Federated States of Micronesia, Palau and The Marshall Islands, and concurrently as Consul-General to Guam and the Northern Marianas.
