Lamble came to the AIS in 2009 straight out of high school, and has been training alongside the likes of Nathan Deakes and Jared Tallent.
She finished second to Claire Tallent at Nationals in December 2010 in just her second senior 20km race, and impressed with a 15th place in the 2011 World Championships in Korea.
In addition to her training and competing, Lamble is also currently studying a Bachelor of Graphic Design at the University of Canberra.
She will race in the 20km walk in London.
