Police are hunting for a man who robbed a takeaway pizza store in Weston at gun point on Saturday night.

Staff at the Domino's Pizza on Trennery Street in Weston were threatened by the robber who was armed with a shortened single-barrel shotgun when he entered the store and jumped over the front counter at 10.45pm.
The robber demanded money from the tills and safe before fleeing with cash. He was last seen headed towards Streeton Drive.
He is described as tall and was wearing a black hooded jumper and black tracksuit pants with white stripes and was carrying an Aldi shopping bag.

The aggravated robbery on Saturday is the latest gun-related crime in Canberra and comes just days after police revealed they were investing three shootings, including one where a man was shot, that happened on Thursday night.
