Police are seeking witnesses to an attempted aggravated robbery in Hume yesterday, which left one man with facial injuries.

Police were called to a Tralee Street business following reports that two men driving a silver BMW attempted to rob an employee while he was sitting in his vehicle around 11.50am.
One of the men smashed a window of the employee's vehicle with a metal pole and made demands for money.
No money was stolen during the robbery, which resulted in the victim being taken to The Canberra Hospital for facial injuries.
The man armed with the metal pole was described as medium build, and had his face covered with a bandana. He was also wearing a baseball cap.
ACT Policing urge witnesses, or anyone who may have seen a silver BMW travelling at high speed along Tralee Street in Hume or along the Monaro Highway towards the Tuggeranong area, to contact police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
