Kane Randle was reported missing by his family on Tuesday and police believed he might be staying with friends.
Missing: Kane Randle was last seen on Sunday.
Police said his family had not seen him since 10.30am on Sunday, April 20.
He is described as 152cm tall with a solid build, light brown hair and brown eyes.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to his age and the length of time he's been missing.
They have asked anyone who has seen Kane or knows his whereabouts to call police on 131 444.
