An Australian Federal Police officer accused of intimidating and harassing an SBS journalist on Anzac Day in Canberra breached the force's code of conduct.

Myles Morgan, a journalist with Australia's national Indigenous broadcaster, was covering a crowd of about 200 calling for recognition of Indigenous people killed during colonisation.
Mr Morgan continued to film a scuffle on Anzac Parade between police and protesters with a female officer allegedly struck and another officer's clothes torn.
He then claimed a police officer tried to intimidate him into handing over his camera and captured a conversation with three ACT Policing officers.
National Indigenous Television lodged a formal complaint against the Australian Federal Police and the Media, Entertainment and Art Alliance called for a full investigation into police conduct.
"A professional standards investigation was launched and it has subsequently found that one officer had demonstrated discourteous behaviour in a breach of section 8.4 of the AFP Code of Conduct," a MEAA spokesman said.
The relevant section requires an AFP officer to act with fairness, reasonableness, courtesy and respect without discrimination or harassment.
Footage captured by Mr Morgan shows an officer questioning why he was shaking, despite Mr Morgan saying he was made "to feel uncomfortable", felt calm and didn't think he was shaking.
"You're shaking almost uncontrollably," the officer said. "Your face is twitching really badly. I don't think I've ever seen someone's face twitch like that."
Another officer accused Mr Morgan of using a Commonwealth asset for a private purpose and questioned why the reporter would want to film the Frontiers March on Anzac Day for the Indigenous broadcaster.
Asked by Mr Morgan if he would be arrested the officer responded: "No, unfortunately, stupidity is not illegal". "We're in an interesting, philosophical juxtaposition here."
Only one of the three officers was considered to have breached AFP conduct.
Alliance chief executive officer Paul Murphy has said the organisation was horrified by Mr Morgan's recording of the incident.
"The manner in which the officers spoke to the reporter was, in our view, sarcastic and disparaging," he said.
"You would always hope that a journalist in the field would be treated with appropriate respect. The work they are doing ... in the public interest should be respected properly by all the authorities."
