The death of 65-year-old man in a house fire at Watson on Sunday has been deemed unsuspicious by police, following a post mortem examination.

The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, but is not considered suspicious.

Jim McKinley’s body was found in the ruined remains of the Antill Street home, which was gutted by fire on Sunday night.
He has been described by friends as a ''fine man'' and as a well-respected member of Canberra's sporting shooting community.
A report is being prepared for the Coroner.
