Stephen Gregory, CEO of Canberra CBD Limited, has resigned to take up a senior role in the field of defence.

Mr Gregory became leader of the not-for-profit organisation in May 2011 after serving as general manager of commercial operations for the Brumbies Rugby, and two years as CEO of Snowy Hydro SouthCare.
Canberra CBD Limited aims to improve and promote Canberra's city centre.
Mr Gregory would not comment on his new job other to say it was ''a national role within the area of defence,'' and he saw it as a long term position that he may hold for 10 years.
His last day at Canberra CBD Limited will be on 8 March.
Mr Gregory said highlights of his tenure at Canberra CBD Limited included the success of the annual Skate in the City event, and the strong turnout at the organisation's Christmas Carnival.
He also pointed to lights being installed in the Canberra Times fountain, an an increased recognition of Braddon as part of the city and working with the government to fight graffiti as organisational achievements,
''Working with the ACT government we're a lot closer to resolving a number of issues around town,’’ he said.
