A city post office has been reopened after a series of tests cleared any danger from a suspicious powder.

ACT Policing shut down Moore and Alinga Streets near the office after the suspicious package was reported at 8.16am.
An ACT Policing spokesman said no staff had been allowed in or out of the building for several hours after a "letter was opened and white powder fell out".
A HAZMAT unit was called to the scene, along with two pumpers and a command vehicle are also on site.
Testing declared the suspicious powder safe shortly before midday.
An ACT Policing spokesman said police would be investigating the incident, but no one was helping police with their investigations as of midday.
The incident follows a number of scares when packages containing suspicious white powder were delivered to Parliament House and the ACT Legislative Assembly earlier this month.
The Belconnen man has since been charged with five counts of using the postal service to menace and has been released on bail to face the ACT Magistrates Court on July 26.
Four of the charges relate to the powder scare that forced a three-hour lockdown of the Assembly building, while the remaining count related to a similar incident at Parliament House.
The southbound lane of Moore Street and the eastbound lane of Alinga Street had also been closed.
