Kayla Kennedy, 27, was brought before the ACT Magistrate Court on Thursday, where Magistrate Bernadette Boss charged her with nine offences dating back to July last year- including theft, burglary and possession of stolen property.
Dr Boss noted the woman appeared to have been "quite busy".
Kennedy is first alleged to have broken into a home in Narrabundah on July 16 last year, stealing $6150 worth of property.
Later that month, she took property worth $100 from another Narrabundah home.
Her alleged crime spree continued in November, when she is accused of entering a building in Fadden and stealing property worth $4500.
She is also accused of possessing a collection of stolen cards, including a Medicare card, a Dickson Tradies club card, an Irish club card, and a Vikings club card.
Her last break-in is alleged to have occurred in Chisholm on September 24 this year, where she is accused of stealing $2639 worth of goods.
Police arrested her for the Chisholm break-in on Thursday.
ACT Policing said in a statement to the media that she had been identified during a police patrol at the Gungahlin Marketplace.
The statement alleged she had smashed a window to gain entry to the Chisholm home.
"The resident of the property returned home later that day to find a number of items had been removed including electronic goods and cash," the spokeswoman said.
The court heard that a warrant had been issued for Kennedy's arrest in August.
She did not apply for bail in the ACT Magistrates Court on Thursday, and was remanded in custody.
The matter is expected to come back before the court later this month.
Kennedy has not entered pleas at this stage.
