A 24-year-old woman was punched and robbed at about 8pm in Manuka on Thursday night.

The woman had parked on Murray Crescent, between Captain Cook Crescent and Flinders Way and was opening the door of her car when the man approached her from behind and grabbed her handbag.
When she turned around to face him, the man punched the woman in the face and stomach before running away with her handbag.
The man was about 20-years-old and Caucasian with short brown hair.
He was last seen running towards Captain Cook Crescent.
