A 21-year-old woman was assaulted and robbed in Reid in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Police said the young woman had been walking on Corranderrk Street about 5.15am when she noticed a man following her.
The man assaulted the woman in parkland off Currong Street South. He then grabbed her mobile phone and ran off.
The woman began to run after the man to retrieve the phone but lost sight of him near Monterey Apartments.
The stolen phone was found by police in a garden bed on Currong Street later and will be forensically analysed.
The offender is described as Caucasian with a short buzz-cut hairstyle, slightly taller than 167 centimetres with broad shoulders, and wearing jeans and a button-up shirt.
