The GWS Giants' schedule for Canberra is set to be bolstered by the return of the North Melbourne Kangaroos for an AFL preseason fixture in February.

The AFL will announce its match list on Wednesday for the preseason campaign with the Giants and Canberra's former team, the Kangaroos, expected to clash at Manuka Oval.
AFL coaching great Kevin Sheedy urged Giants fans to "boo the roos" when they played in the capital in 2014 after North Melbourne walked away from its partnership with Canberra.
The Kangaroos spent nine years playing regular games at Manuka Oval before walking away in 2006 and burning their ties with the capital.
"They [the Kangaroos] are the club that let you down, so you should come to boo them and barrack for us," Sheedy said three years ago.
The Giants-Kangaroos' showdown will complete the GWS schedule at Manuka Oval, with games against the Port Adelaide Power, the defending premier Western Bulldogs and Melbourne.
The Bulldogs clash will double as the Giants' first Friday-night premiership fixture and the preseason match against the Kangaroos will also likely be set for the premier timeslot.
Meanwhile, West Coast coach Adam Simpson admits Jack Redden and Lewis Jetta have a point to prove following their underwhelming debut season at the AFL club.
Jetta and Redden were slated for important roles after being picked up by the Eagles during last year's trade period. But both players failed to fire at their new club.
Former Swan Jetta was dropped three times last season, while former Lion Redden struggled for form in his 15 appearances before finishing the year in the reserves.
Redden turns 26 later this month, while Jetta is 27 and with a premiership already under his belt.
