Elder abuse ruling too soft

The ACT's judiciary must improve its response to violent elder abuse. The recent sentence handed down by Chief Justice Murrell for the murder of Neal Wilkinson is a case in point ("Man jailed for 13 years over death of stepfather, Courts", August 19, p2).
