Politicians pulling funny faces as winds change

After 16 months of inaction the first of two new wind farms have just been commissioned as a result of the ACT's 100 per cent renewable energy target. Bizarrely, as the nation's energy ministers met on Friday to discuss the need to "harmonise" the differing state government approaches to renewable energy policy, it is only the ambitious and unilateral action of the ACT government that is driving any actual investment in the Australian wind industry.
