He was the caller who described the Prime Minister as the "world's worst salesman", and now Andrew McNabb has come back for a second bite, declaring it is time for Tony Abbott to step aside.

Mr McNabb, a Liberal Party member who first confronted Mr Abbott in a talkback interview on Thursday, hit the airwaves again on Friday, telling Fairfax radio station 3AW it was time for a change in leader.
He said the government should make a leadership change as soon as Parliament returns, and it should be Julie Bishop who replaces Mr Abbott, with Malcolm Turnbull as Treasurer.
It comes amid rising tensions within the government over Mr Abbott's performance, although Mr Abbott has described talk of a leadership change as "absolute nonsense".
Speaking to Fairfax Media, Mr McNabb, who lives in Officer, Victoria, said he had been a member of the Liberal Party for 11 years.
His Facebook page contains a range of anti-Labor material, as well as an image of him with former Victorian Liberal premier Denis Napthine.
In one post, he declares former prime minister Kevin Rudd an "incompetent moron" and in another refers to former prime minister Julia Gillard as "Juliar".
"I am calling on Liberal MPs to tap Mr Abbott on the shoulder and tell him to move to one side," Mr McNabb told Fairfax Media on Friday.
He said the party would be "annihilated" at the 2016 election without a switch in leaders, warning for a second time that the government was set to allow Opposition Leader Bill Shorten to cruise into the lodge.
He predicted "backbenchers will be jumping for joy" that a Liberal voter had raised the issue of a leadership change.
"Julie Bishop - what a fantastic job she's done since become Foreign Minister," he said.
"She's articulate, intelligent, she's strutted the world stage as Foreign Minister, she can negotiate - that's what it's all about.
"She's got salesmanship and Tony Abbott doesn't.
"We need a Bishop-Turnbull government, without a doubt."
In a later interview with 2UE on Friday, Mr McNabb responded to rumours he was to be expelled from the Liberal Party.
He said he had not heard from anyone in the party, with the exception of a text from an unnamed senator who claimed Mr McNabb had "rattled the PM".
"If they Liberal Party wish to expel me, that's fine. They can do what they like," Mr McNabb said.
"But it will be at their peril because I'm not going to shut up. I've highlighted the issue and something needs to be done."
There has been growing disquiet among Liberal backbenchers over the government's poor standing with voters.
Mr Abbott is facing rising anger from backbench MPs over the government's bungling of policies such as the GP co-payment and university funding.
