He is described as Caucasian, about 180 - 186cm tall, medium build with short, dark coloured hear. He was wearing a long sleeved shirt, dark pants and white shoes.
Police responded to the assault at 4.10am on Sunday, 9 January 2017 after receiving reports of a brawl involving multiple people, with one victim suffering facial injuries.
Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident, can identify the alleged offender or who may have any information that could assist police to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
