ACT prisoners spend just five hours a week in rehabilitation, says auditor

Prisoners in the ACT's over-stretched prison are spending an average of just five hours a week in education, therapeutic programs and visits, far fewer than the 30 hours planned when the prison opened, the ACT auditor-general has found.
