About half the homes sold either on Saturday or prior to the weekend.
Seven properties sold for more than one million dollars – five on Saturday and two prior.
The million dollar-plus sales included a four-bedroom home at 21 Investigator Street in Red Hill.
Luton Properties Woden auctioneer Richard Keeley accepted an opening bid for the home of $800,000 before the offers soon climbed over the $1 million mark.
Back and forth bidding between two parties had the bids climb to $1.07 million.
The home was sold following an increased offer of $1.1 million.
Mr Keeley said Red Hill was a good location and known as the education precinct as buyers were keen to live in the catchment area for some of Canberra's best schools.
There were four registered bidders for the home.
A duplex property transformed into a modern stunner at 64 Stonehaven Crescent in Deakin also sold under the hammer for $1.1 million on Saturday.
Peter Blackshaw Manuka auctioneer Louise Harget took an opening bid of $850,000 before three other parties increased bids to $ 1 million.
The highest bidder increased the offer twice and the home sold under the hammer for $1.1 million.
Agent Dan McAlpine said there had been eight registered bidders for the home.
He said the owners had bought the duplex in 2010 for $580,000 and had completely transformed the home.
And a fully renovated property in Cook at 42 Dugdale Street sold under the hammer for $721,000 after 12 bidders registered for the home, sold through Elders Belconnen agent Troy Reddick.
