Labor is editing and re-shooting aspects of its election campaign ad, after warnings over the improper use of Chief Minister Andrew Barr's office as a set.

Assembly Clerk Tom Duncan issued a warning to Labor on Wednesday over campaign ads featuring Mr Barr, in which he pitched his plan on public transport to voters.
Part of the ad was shot in Mr Barr's Legislative Assembly office, a breach of guidelines designed to stop the ACT parliament being used in electioneering.
Mr Duncan told Labor ACT secretary Matthew Byrne that the video breached Legislative Assembly guidelines, and the party immediately pulled down its YouTube version.
The ad was also running on commercial television networks, and further correspondence from Mr Duncan instructed that all versions should be pulled.
On Thursday, Chief Minister Andrew Barr confirmed the party was re-shooting the offending part of the ad.
Mr Barr expressed some doubt about whether the ad actually breached the rules, but said it was being re-shot regardless.
"It means I will need to re-record the tagline in front of another window," Mr Barr said.
"It's a very small part, and the caretaker guidelines refer to being able to utilise ACT government buildings," he said.
"The executive floor, there's an arrangement with the speaker that it is actually ACT government and is paid for by the ACT executive."
"But for the sake of there being no controversy, I'll re-record the tagline in front of another window."
The ad had aired on commercial television networks since Sunday.
The offending scene showed a shot of Mr Barr speaking to the camera, with the windows and blinds of his office in the background. No other parts of the office were visible.
The re-filming was done on Thursday, at minimal cost.
Also on Thursday, the Greens announced it would seek to crack down on lobbyists operating in the ACT.
It wants to enforce half-yearly disclosures on the details of lobbying of ACT politicians.
The plan would require disclosures of what lobbying had taken place, when, and who was involved.
Greens democracy spokesperson Indra Esguerra said the party would also push for real penalties for breaches and the proper investigation of complaints.
"Big corporate interests shouldn't get more of a say than the community," she said.
"That's why the Greens will expand the ACT register of lobbyists and its code to include people who are lobbying on behalf of their corporate employers."
