The four-year-old, who has global development delay, was helped by his dad in submitting his wish under the Cerebral Palsy Alliance's tree a few months ago.
Friday was a big surprise for Blake, and waking up the morning he had no idea what was in store for him.
Blake got to wear fireman's gear, ride around in the truck, and extinguish a real fire with the help of ACT Fire and Rescue.
He was hoisted up 44 metres high, on the fire truck platform used to put out high-rise fires.
"We go up there to put the fire out," he exclaimed.
Blake's experience was the first part of the alliance's 12 Days of Christmas Wishes.
The event gives 22 Canberra children the chance to do some of the things they always wanted, to get the experiences and gifts they wished for.
Blake loves going outdoors, and has always dreamed of being a fireman, said his father Doug Tummer.
"It's in the blood. His great-grandfather was a fireman, his grandfather was in the [State Emergency Service]," he said.
"He's always running around the house making siren sounds."
The alliance is trying to fulfil as many wishes as they can in the next 12 days, even the more "outlandish" ones.
"I'm just glad he didn't want to be an astronaut," said Mr Tummer.
Christmas is a magical time for all children, but it's a wonderful gift to be able to help children with disabilities and their families, said alliance chief executive Rob White.
"We are looking forward to putting smiles on the faces of kids with a disability who face daily challenges to meet milestones that others take for granted," he said.
The alliance supports families to access education, helping any child with a disability, not just cerebral palsy.
The firemen love pitching in for a good cause too, said ACT Fire and Rescue commander Ross Kennedy.
"So much of our work can be hard and stressful – it's fantastic to get something like this," he said.
