Canberra rehabilitation specialist and former Olympian Stuart Andrews has a bold claim - he can make anyone touch their toes within an hour.

He has developed a new technology called Lower Limber to help with back pain, rehabilitation and sports performance.
He and partner Bronwyn Thompson - also a former Olympian - own Canberra physical rehabilitation service Fit To Manage.
He's been working on the new portable technology for back injuries for more than three years.
It went into production this year with the first run in March and says he's already sold about 700 units.
"We see a heap of people that work on worksites, then there are people recovering from sporting injuries, or people wanting to improve their movement," Mr Andrews said.
"I have doctors coming down from Sydney to see us now, we're having so much interest it's phenomenal."
Patient Matthew Carter started seeing Mr Andrews after injuring his knee at work and has been using the Lower Limber for a few weeks.
He can now reach his toes but is aiming for even better flexibility.
"With this technology it's great because I can do it all myself and I don't have to come here anymore," he said.
"Because I'm up and down stairs, lifting, carrying, being able to get out of bed in the morning and not sore from the day before, being able to touch my toes, have a shower and stretch before work so I'm already loosened - it's great.
"I've had knee trouble, back trouble, having been in manual labour jobs since I finished school in Year 10.
"Every time you use this you feel this hit and it loosens you up straight away."
Mr Andrews claims the technology can help treat and even prevent injuries and leads to all round better movement.
"What my design does is coordinates the legs, spine and limbs of the upper body," he said
"It can increase your range of movement with just few minutes use a day.
"I had one older lady the other day who had never reached past her knees touching her toes within one session."
He said the device is so effective because it automatically identifies and controls the stretching forces applied to your muscles.
"I'm really proud of being from Canberra and want to show what we can produce here," Mr Andrews said.
