The challenge is under way and already I'm achieving some goals. One was being active every day and I'm going to stick to that one no matter what. Being active doesn't mean running a marathon, or lifting your body weight, or doing three spin classes back to back. It means being active. And for me that's mainly walking at the moment. At lunch, with the girls in the office. We walk and talk and solve the problems of the the world. Three birds with one stone.
