Public housing residents on Northbourne Avenue say they haven't been consulted by the government or the ACT Heritage Council about the debate over the future of the housing precinct.
As the ACT National Trust considers an appeal against any demolition of the 1950s and 1960s housing, debate about the precinct's future has divided some in the area.
Catherine Dummett has lived in the precinct for 22 years. Suffering from arthritis, she is ready to see the apartments gone forever.

Wallabies great Stephen Larkham has backed NRL superstar Greg Inglis to make a successful transition to rugby union.
But the ACT Brumbies coach urged the ARU not to break the bank to lure the fullback into a cross-code switch.
Inglis is being hotly pursued by European rugby clubs and there have been calls for the ARU to express interest in arguable rugby league's greatest asset, despite being on contract with the South Sydney Rabbitohs until the end of 2017.
