Canberra police seized drugs but said they were satisfied with the behaviour of thousands of revellers who poured through the gates at Spilt Milk music festival on Saturday.

More than 20,000 music-lovers rocked out to music acts including recent ARIA award-winner Flume, Gang of Youths and Violent Soho at Commonwealth Park for 12 hours from 11am.
ACT Policing said officers targeting drug use and anti-social behaviour maintained a high visibility presence at the festival.
A spokeswoman said police confiscated a small amount of drugs and placed two festival-goers into protective custody for being drunk.
The Operational Commander, Superintendent Stephen Turnbull, said he was satisfied with the outcome of the event.
"As always with these events, our first priority is community safety," Superintendent Turnbull said.
"The vast majority of people conducted themselves responsibly throughout the day, enabling all attendees to have a safe and enjoyable time."
A Spilt Milk spokeswoman said organisers were "extremely happy" overall with the crowd on the day.
"They were a fun group of people who were fans of music, art and food," she said.
Pill testing advocates previously called for a trial at the music festival, urging the practice be rolled out to smaller events before moving on to larger festivals interstate to prevent overdose deaths.
