Police seized a handgun, ammunition and two replica firearms along with illicit drugs from a home in Narrabundah on Friday morning, they said.

Police said a 49-year-old man dropped the loaded handgun when they confronted him in his backyard about 9am.
The police were executing a search warrant, granted after receiving information from members of the public.
When searching the house, police found and seized two replica firearms, ammunition and a small amount of illicit drugs, which they suspect to be cannabis and MDMA.
The man was arrested and taken to the ACT Watch House where he was charged with unauthorised possession of firearm and possession of ammunition.
Police have used the arrest to highlight the effectiveness of public information in fighting crime.
“The seizure of this hand gun followed information provided by the public, just over one week after we announced the crackdown on illicit firearms in the ACT," Detective Acting Sergeant Wronski said.
"This shows that our community is also committed to assisting ACT Policing in getting weapons out of the hands of criminals."
