Police officers and sniffer dogs uncovered methylamphetamine, cocaine and cannabis when they searched a Belconnen home.
Cash and equipment related to drug trafficking was also found at the property.
More cash was discovered when a second search was carried out at a premises in Gungahlin.
A 24-year-old man was arrested and charged with trafficking a controlled drug other than cannabis.
Police will oppose bail when the man appears before the ACT Magistrates Court on Friday morning.
