A Chisholm couple is behind bars accused of drug trafficking after police said they seized ice, MDMA and $42,000 cash stashed throughout the family home.

Rebecca Jane Arnel, 40, allegedly said she and husband, Corey Adam Brown, 32, were "always winning on the pokies" and had "won a lot lately" after police found cash stuffed in kitchen cupboards, down the side of the lounge and in a child's drawer.
Police arrested the pair after a search of their Main Close house on Monday morning.
They were each charged with possessing banned weapons, stolen property and drugs including ice and MDMA, and being knowingly concerned in drug trafficking.
Ms Arnel did not enter pleas, while her husband pleaded not guilty to the offences, when the pair faced the ACT Magistrates Court separately on Tuesday.
A detailed statement of allegations, tendered in court, said police found $37,4000 in bundles of about $10,000 on the family room table, as well as more wads of $50 notes inside wallets, bags and furniture.
They discovered dozens of tablets, some believed to be MDMA, in a clip seal bag in the kitchen and in a silver cocktail shaker in a cupboard.
More than 50 grams of a white crystalline substance, believed to be ice, was in a small tin on the kitchen bench and a small plastic food container.
Police also took five mobile phones, including iPhones and a BlackBerry, and five knives that were allegedly similar to a sheath knife or dagger stored in an urn in the kitchen.
Court documents said officers seized a car that had been reported stolen in July and a Harley Davidson motorbike valued about $25,000 that they suspected was bought with proceeds of crime money.
In a police interview, Ms Arnel denied the pair sold illicit substances. She said she had an addiction and the drugs were for personal use, while the knives were in the house for protection.
"She and Corey are always winning on the pokies and have won a lot lately, which is why they have a lot of cash," police facts said.
Prosecutor James Walker opposed Ms Arnel's bail application and argued she would likely fail to show up at court.
He noted the large amounts of drugs and cash allegedly found at the house and said the prosecution case was strong.
Mr Walker said Ms Arnel was unemployed and her only income appeared to come from drugs, prompting the accused to say, "that is not true" and "it's all lies".
He said the only record of a pokies win was a receipt for $500 police found at the house, compared to the $42,000 cash seized.
Ms Arnel's Legal Aid defence lawyer said she admitted the couple used drugs recreationally but she could avoid illicit substances if she was granted bail.
Magistrate Karen Fryar said the allegations before the court were for "incredible serious offences" and said the only people the court heard had success on pokie machines were those alleged to have trafficked drugs.
She refused bail. The case returns to court next month.
Mr Brown did not apply for bail. His lawyer, Sarah Boxall, entered not guilty pleas on his behalf. The case returns to court for a pre-hearing mention in January.
