A Chisholm man has pleaded not guilty to dealing in almost 10 kilograms of cannabis.

Gregory William King, 45, appeared in the ACT Magistrates Court on Thursday morning on a charge of trafficking cannabis.
Documents outlining the allegations were not tendered in court, but a police press release on Thursday morning said officers seized tens of thousands of dollars and almost 10 kilograms of drugs from the Chisholm home during a raid on Wednesday.
The police allegedly found 9.9 kilograms of dried cannabis head mostly vacuum-packed in food storage bags, items related to the sale and cultivation of the drug, and $22,000 in cash.
King was arrested about 8pm and taken to Tuggeranong Police Station where he underwent a number of forensic procedures.
He spent the night in the Watch House before fronting court on Thursday morning.
The prosecution did not oppose King's bail application before Magistrate Peter Dingwall on the provision he submit to a number of bail conditions.
Defence lawyer Paul Edmonds opposed a number of the conditions, including reporting to police and a ban from possessing a mobile phone.
The court heard police seized two phones - allegedly used in a drug dealer operation - from King during a raid on his southside home on Wednesday.
The prosecution said the phone would be forensically tested by police and could not say when or if the devices would be returned to the accused.
Mr Edmonds said his client had strong links to the territory, had no history of failing to answer bail, and needed a phone so he could be contacted by his six children.
Mr Dingwall granted King bail, on condition he reside in Chisholm, report to Tuggeranong station weekly, not consume or possess drugs, not control more than one mobile phone, and provide that phone's number to police.
The matter will reappear in court in March.
