A young boy is among three people injured after a car crashed into a tree on the Kings Highway on Monday afternoon.

The single-car crash reduced traffic to one lane as of 3.30pm about five kilometres east of Braidwood.
Live Traffic NSW warned of delays as traffic alternated between both directions, but by 6.30pm the road was clear.
A NSW Traffic spokeswoman said Canberra-bound traffic was especially heavy as carloads returned to the capital after a long weekend on the coast.
A NSW Ambulance spokeswoman said paramedics were called to the crash site just after 2.30pm, following reports of a car crashing into a tree.
A helicopter was called to the crash site soon after 3.50pm and later flew a three-year-old boy and a 40-year-old man to Canberra Hospital.
The ambulance spokeswoman said the three-year-old boy suffered facial injuries.
The man also had facial injuries, and injuries to an arm.
A female passenger was also assessed but there were no details of her injuries or age. She was taken to Canberra Hospital in an ambulance.
All three patients were in a stable condition in hospital as of 7pm.
