Police have arrested a man seen driving dangerously near the Dickson shops and crashing into the Dickson Library on Tuesday night.

An ACT Policing spokesperson said the man behind the wheel of a red Mitsubishi Magna was seen driving erratically down Cowper Street and around the Woolworths car park about 9.45pm.
The car mounted a curb, knocked down a street sign and crashed into the library.
Although the car was damaged, the man continued driving before stopping in the Woolworths car park.
The man left the car and walked into the Woolworths supermarket where he was apprehended by police.
The man's dangerous driving occurred the day before ACT Policing announced officers would target anti-social behaviour on Canberra's roads this month including burnouts, street racing, excessive speeding, tailgating, road rage and illegal trailbike riding.
