Developer says ACT land release strategy neglects lower-income home buyers

The ACT government's failure to deliver sufficient land to meet demand was pushing up prices. While that was OK for two-thirds of Canberrans – those at the higher end – it had dramatic consequences for the 20 per cent of people who could only afford a home at $400,000 or lower.
