Canberra's officers took some time off enforcing the law this week to attempt the mannequin challenge, an internet sensation in which footage captures a group of people frozen mid-action.
And it seems the internet enjoyed the unique take on the video, which had no shortage of doughnuts, as it received more that 8,000 likes on their Facebook page.
The skit starts with an officer in a bullet proof vest standing at the doorway of the kitchen seemingly surprised at his team stuffing their face with the sweets.
As the camera sweeps over the room, police are seen reaching over a plate of doughnuts, sitting in a blow-up doughnut, shielding colleagues eating the treats and hiding behind the bench while holding a plate full of doughnuts.
Even Constable Kenny the Koala gets in on the food-coma-inducing action.
Viewers took to the comments sections the social media video to express their amusement, with one user writing "finest policing force," another writing "This is the best one I've seen. Amazing narrative, storytelling, camera work," and a third user going as saying "I reckon this is even better than the Cirque Du Soleil ones".
And it's not the only mannequin challenge making the capital proud.
A Facebook video of staff from JB The Gentleman's Barber in Belconnen showing off their best poses also garnered more than 1,000 likes.
