Firefighters from Goulburn, Crookwell and St Andrews were called to the school around 2am on Thursday after receiving reports of a fire.
The fire was still burning when fire crews arrived at the school and it was contained to one building.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined and there have been no reports of injury.
