Helicopter Resources wins bid to prevent chief pilot answering questions

The helicopter company facing criminal charges after one of its pilots died in Antarctica won an eleventh hour order on Monday, preventing its chief pilot David Lomas from answering questions at an inquest into the death. Mr Lomas was due to take the stand on Tuesday in Melbourne.
