Work will be undertaken on the road's eastbound side between Athllon Drive and Yamba Drive from 8.30am to 4pm.
Temporary lane closures will allow the resealing to be carried out, however, there will be brief five to 10-minute periods where all lanes will be closed.
The ACT government expects delays and has advised motorists to use an alternative route where possible.
