Canberra's second Big Brother contestant in the reality television show's history was booted from the house on Wednesday night.

Cushions were thrown and tears flowed as bubbly 26-year-old Gungahlin real estate agent Jason Roses left his temporary home after more than six weeks under the camera.
Roses was edged out by less than one per cent of viewer votes behind fellow contestants up for eviction, 27-year-old Priya from Adelaide and 31-year-old David from Sydney.
The outgoing housemate was upbeat despite being evicted just one day before his 27th birthday on Thursday, amid cheers from his housemates on departure and a loud welcome as he emerged on stage.
Roses bounded out of the house in the same energetic fashion he entered, jumping around on the couch in a similar style to 'that' Tom Cruise appearance on Oprah, throwing a cushion into the crowd.
Speaking to host Sonia Kruger, he was philosophical about missing out on a shot at the $250,000 prize money.
"It's the game. Whatever's meant to be is meant to be," he said.
"I had the most amazing experience."
Roses missed out on a potential reprieve earlier in the episode.
Contestants Aisha, 22, and Travis, 24, turned down $50,000 to evict themselves.
But the fame gained by his stint on reality television could potentially help boost the young Luton Properties agent's identity.
"I'm going to respect their decision either way," Roses said before learning his fate.
"I'm enjoying the experience."
Roses made a name for himself on the show as a prankster, eavesdropper and gossip.
But the strategy wasn't enough to save him.
"I was constantly pranking - that was me," he said.
"I liked having fun with everyone."
But Roses' fun-loving nature wasn't enough to stem some tears triggered as Kruger reminisced on a letter he wrote his parents in which Roses - an openly proud, gay man - said he just wanted to make his mother and father proud.
"I'm not usually this flamboyant," he laughed, wiping away tears.
Mum, Mehri, and Dad, Joe, joined their son on stage, after earlier saying they thought he would stay.
Before learning of her son's fate, Mehri said the family would take Jason out to celebrate his birthday if he was evicted.
He was one of 16 contestants vying for the $250,000 prize money.
There are 10 contestants left in the house who could spend every moment of a possible three months under the watchful eye of the Big Brother cameras unless evicted.
